Jillian has trained Muay Thai for 9 years, fought 18 times (so far). A year of her training was spent living and fighting in Khamphaeng Phet, Thailand. She trains 6 days a week and during fight camps, 2x a day.
A big fan of kale, you’ll always see her eating healthy. She is an AFPA Holistic Nutrition Consultant.
